PRIOR to Shipping  

If we have not processed your order to be shipped, then we will modify your order. Contact us at Official.Sirena@yahoo.com to notify us of the exchange/modification. 

Non-returnable Items 
All customized orders, sales items or gift card purchases are non-refundable. 

Refund Policy 

PRIOR to Shipping 

If we have not processed your item to be shipped, then a full refund will be applied to your original payment method. It may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. ALL CUSTOMIZED, SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARD ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

AFTER Shipping 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase. ALL CUSTOMIZED, SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARD ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send your package; shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, notification via email will be sent if the item(s) will be accepted or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Unauthorized Returns 

Returned items without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender; shipping costs are non-refundable.
